Yoga Nidra is a transformative, guided meditation journey, practiced while comfortably lying down at rest. This practice promotes healing and regeneration at all levels of your being and is an effective way to empower intentions, manifest goals, and experience a deep sense of holistic wellness.
Our Nidra practice precedes with gentle brain based movements for neurological integration and concludes with a seven chakra therapeutic sound bath, bringing the harmonic grace of Tibetan Singing Bowls and sound instruments to your body, mind and spirit. Bring a journal, and water bottle. You are welcome to bring other comfort props such as a pillow and blanket as well.
