Vinyasa Flow classes co-ordinate movement with breath, ‘flowing’ from pose to pose. In this relatively vigorous class we explore traditional forms, refining our alignment, developing our breath, and building heat in our bodies to melt blockages and help energy move more freely. Vinyasa Flow encourages greater strength, flexibility, stamina, focus, and ease. While there are many possible modifications to practice with injuries and physical limitations, familiarity with basic yoga poses and transitions is recommended. This is a Level 2-3 class whereas “Essential Vinyasa” is a Level 1.5-2.
