The Yoga Mesa

Join Axi Nityananda Codrescu for a workshop in art, meditation and ceremony. Participants will construct a yoga mesa: a living sculpture, a map of inner and outer planes. Through constructing this mesa, participants provide themselves with a guidance system to balance the mind and emotions. The mesa functions as a calling card to the divine heart of life, as a sword to cut through illusion.
