This practice is an incredibly deep and healing exploration into the self. We will use self expression coupled with powerful yet accessible yogic techniques to move through difficult or stuck emotions. In this workshop we will use a stream of consciousness art practice to explore our emotions, then move into a healing yogic practice to help gain new perspective and clarity.
