Post-natal Happy Hour: 4-week series

Post-Natal Yoga, sometimes referred to as Postpartum Yoga, is a modified, low-intensity practice that brings grounding and acceptance to life’s latest transition. In this series, you will help your body recover with stretching and meditation while introducing your newborn to your practice. Enjoying this time of play will deepen your connection to your baby while caring for your Self! Each class will move through a theme of Breath, Movement and Grounding with a Kundalini Finale. Students will also have the opportunity to explore infant massage throughout the journey.
Practice supports and caters to the needs of women at all stages of post-partum, offering many adjustments, modifications and prop play throughout the sequence. Please bring your mat, a blanket, blocks and a bolster if you have otherwise, we have some available at the studio to borrow!
Our bodies are made for this, have faith in the process! Please bring water to stay hydrated and snack if needed!
