Celebrate Spring! With a Spring Equinox Meditation & Yoga Practice

$44Join us for a 2-hour Spring Equinox meditation and yoga workshop.
Spring Equinox is a time of rebirth and growth. In this practice, we will connect with nature’s rhythms through breathwork and mindful movement; plant the seeds for your next season with guided meditation and intention setting; and nourish and energize your intentions with gentle Reiki energy healing. It’s recommended that you bring a journal and something to write with.
Louise Hutson (RYT500) and KC Duggan (Reiki II) are partnering to bring this celebration of spring to Everyday People Yoga. Yoga and meditation have been an important part of both of their personal journeys, and they share the belief that through these practices we can create space for inner healing and a greater sense of ease and balance in our bodies and minds. Through this spring equinox practice space will be created for relaxation and connection to the revitalizing energy of the season.
