BodyMind Care 101 – Part I: Coming Home to Your Body

$60Exhale. Pause. We have become disconnected from ourselves. Most of our awake time is spent in our heads. It leads the way. Sometimes, our brain says “Yes” while our bodies yell “No!” Which is true?
This workshop is designed to ease our reuniting with the body and its intelligence. We will be connecting the dots between the content of our minds and the messages from our bodies.
“In Coming Home To Your Body, you will:
- – Come back into presence with your body as an energy system
- – Uncover its unique signals communicating that you’re overwhelmed before
- you’re even aware of it!
- – Get a visceral experience of your embodied presence
– Develop interoception, your ability to perceive and name sensations in your - body
– Get tools to regulate your nervous system and maintain your power of choice
Part I: Coming Home To Your Body will explore the longest and most intimate relationship in our lives: with ourselves. A month later, in Part II: Energetic Boundaries, we will deepen our understanding of how to use the body as a compass in relationships.
Both workshops, Part I and II, are experiential in nature, cadenced with short teachings, guided meditations, body scans, journaling and interactive exercises in a safe container.
Claudia Rogron has been a somatic coach for nearly 20 years. She dedicated her life to teaching Mind/Body awareness. Her facilitation combines decades of experience in massage therapy and transpersonal energy healing.
