Sacred Art and Yoga for Healing

Join Jordan Lindstrom and Arianne Neves for deep and healing exploration into the self. In this workshop we will use an intuitive art practice to explore our emotions, then move into a healing yogic practice to help gain new perspective and clarity. We will use self-expression coupled with powerful yet accessible yogic techniques to move through difficult or stuck emotions.
