A Tantra Yoga Experience

Classical tantra is all about reaching enlightenment by connecting with your energy while fully experiencing sensory pleasures through embodied practices.

This All-Levels Experience combines:

• A slow, breathy, stretchy Warm-Up
• Awakening of Shakti Energy through free-form Tantric Dance
• And Guided Relaxation and Reflection.

All of this in a sweet 90-minute journey guided by Angela Davis!

Wear something you can move in that also feels nice on your skin. Bring your mat, your water bottle, and, if you’d like, your journal and a pen or pencil. Studio props are available.
