Crystal Bowl + Gong Sound Bath

The Sound Bath creates a sea of vibration which produces a resonance and subtle rhythm throughout the body.  The evening will begin with a short ceremony and selecting a crystal (yours to keep) to support you in your process.  From there we’ll enjoy an hour-long savasana while Holly Shay skillfully plays the Gongs and Quartz Crystal Bowls – allowing your mind to ride the waves into deep meditation, lucid dreaming, chakra alignment and bliss- all without leaving your mat.  Following the Sound Bath, vegan/gf refreshments and Holly’s homemade maple lemonade will be served.  We hope you can join us!
