Open-Hearted: A Restorative Yoga & Reiki Experience

This deeply approachable and nourishing practice combines long-held restorative poses guided by Aricha Smith, E-RYT 500 of Be Light Wellness and touches of reiki throughout the session from Hollie Manaska, Reiki Master. This pairing is tried and true. All you need to bring is your sweet self and maybe a favorite cozy prop or two.  All studio equipment available for use as well. Please register early, as spaces are limited.
