Join Jordan Lindstrom for an evening practice designed to promote deep, quality sleep.
Restorative yoga, yoga nidra, and breathing techniques have been well researched and shown to aid in sleep by switching off the fight or flight response, and stimulating the parasympathetic mode of the nervous system that helps us to relax and heal. Paired with 432 hz sound healing, you can expect a deeply peaceful, and calming experience.
