Introduction to Authentic Relating

Join us on a Sunday afternoon to explore practices designed to help humans relate to one another more authentically and compassionately.  Authentic Relating activities help us get in touch with ourselves in the moment (our feelings, emotions, thoughts, judgements, stories, and curiosities), and then connect with each other.  Both experienced Authentic Relaters and newcomers are invited to attend.  All diversity is exuberantly welcome and encouraged!
