Join us for a night of practices designed to help us humans relate to one another more authentically and compassionately.
Authentic Relating activities are designed to help us get in touch with ourselves in the moment (our feelings, emotions, thoughts, judgements, stories, and curiosities), and then connect with each other.
Both experienced Authentic Relaters and newbies (with some personal or spiritual growth experience) are welcome to participate. All diversity is exuberantly welcome and encouraged!
